Admissions Requirements

Outreach Services will facilitate teen girls between the ages of 13-17, who generally, are in the custody of The Department of Social Services either as foster children or who have been removed from their home because of various abuses an/or an inappropriate family environment.

We accept females, between the ages of 13-17, with any one or combination of the following identifiable or diagnosed characteristics:

  • Behavioral/Conduct Disorder
  • Delinquent/Court Involvement
  • A measurable IQ of 65 or above
  • Development Disability
  • Family Related Needs
  • Incarcerated Parent(s)
  • Learning Disability
  • Poor Academic Performance
  • Physical/Emotional Abuse/Neglect
  • Substance Abuse (by the parent)
  • Sexual Abuse

We will not accept teens that display the following:

  • Autism Disorder
  • Fire Starter
  • Actively Addicted, or Dependent on Illegal Substances
  • History of Running Away
  • Pregnant
  • Orthopedic Impairment
  • Sensory Impairment
  • Sex Offender
  • Suicide/Homicidal Tendencies
